Android Application Development Advanced Level
This course will help the participant prepare to develop mobile applications using the Android SDK and upload them to Google Play. The course is designed for those who will take part in designing, creating, testing and conducting software quality assurance of applications for the Android mobile gadgets platform. Topics to be covered are services, threads, sensors, network, wifi, camera, bluetooth, APIs, graphics, animation, data storage, gestures, adapters, best practices and publishing in android application development.
Seminar Fee is P 10,000.00 (includes materials and meals). Schedule for Manila is on February 11-14, 2013 (9:00 am to 4:00 pm). Prerequisite: Knowledge of Intermediate Level Android Application Development (course conducted regularly by PhilNITS) or its equivalent. Topics each participant are assumed to know are using Android device built-in services, notifications, data storage and SQL statements, Multimedia Processing of Audio and Video content, customized web browser, Global Positioning Systems (GPS), Google maps, XML parsing, using adapters and widgets in the development in the android environment . The participant should also be able to produce the initial application needed to show their knowledge of these topics.
